• search finds public Appraisily appraisal guidance.
• fetch retrieves one public guidance item after search.
• get_public_sample_report returns public sample report links.
• create_appraisal_start_link returns an Appraisily start URL without creating an order.
• search_auction_comparables returns up to 6 past auction results as market signals, not a formal appraisal.
• search_artists returns public artist directory context and up to 6 recent sold lots for the top match.
• get_artist opens one public /artist page by slug, URL, or query, including related artists and market takeaway.
• search_silver_hallmarks and get_silver_hallmark return public /marks catalog records, mark texts, line-drawing and oxidized reconstruction image URLs, and optional sold-to-melt context. A mark is not authentication.

The official ChatGPT app review endpoint excludes start-link, live auction search, artist lookup, hallmark search, and professional tools so the submitted app stays focused on free appraisal preparation guidance.

Privacy Boundary

This connector does not expose raw databases, private customer appraisals, order data, uploaded media, internal notes, or payment flows.

Professional Pro Screener Tools

Authenticated professional MCP sessions expose Appraisily Pro Screener tools for appraisal case packets, comparable-sales research, workspace links, and existing-session review.

• prepare_pro_screener_case_packet organizes missing-photo checks, missing-fact checks, review flags, and next appraiser questions.
• start_pro_screener_run starts a private Lotbook run from a signed-in Appraisily account and a photo, then returns a sessionId immediately. The PDF is white-label, with no Appraisily logo.
• start_promotional_pro_screener_run starts a no-login promotional Lotbook run for marketing and demos. The finished PDF includes the Appraisily logo and is published to a public assets.appraisily.com/promotional-lotbook URL.
• search_pro_screener_comparables searches Appraisily auction records for comparable-sales evidence and professional review.
• create_pro_screener_workspace_link returns tracked Pro Screener workspace links.
• get_pro_screener_status, get_pro_screener_result, and get_pro_screener_pdf review promotional sessions without login, or private client sessions after Appraisily sign-in.

Pro Screener MCP tools require an Appraisily professional MCP credential. Comparable sales are research evidence for professional review, not a signed appraisal or final value conclusion.
